Role Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commission Based Telesales Representative to help grow our station by securing sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising clients. Working remotely, you’ll be part of a supportive, creative, and fun team dedicated to elevating House Party Radio’s reach and influence.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential sponsors, partners, and advertisers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Present advertising packages tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials
• Report on sales activities and results

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Sales experience is a plus, but a passion for music and media is essential
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, with a drive to meet and exceed goals
